About Stretton Capital
Stretton Capital was set up in November 2016 and lends across the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, with private funds from our UHNW founders.
Specialising in bridging and development finance, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, speed of delivery and the individual attention given to every deal we receive. We don’t let a computer crunch the numbers and give us an answer, we judge every deal on its own merits and aim to have a decision in principal sent to the borrower within 24 hours.
With a management team that come from a property development and finance background, we are comfortable with even the most complex of deals.
