With rates from just 0.95% per month on both bridging and development finance and totally transparent fees, we are market leaders in short term finance.
We judge all deals on their own merits and aim to provide a decision in principal within 24 hours.
Stretton Capital’s borrowers can borrow from £100k to £10m will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Security must be in mainland England and Wales.
With a management team that come from a property development, banking and lending background, we are comfortable with even the most complex of deals.
We treat people with respect and all borrowers are dealt with equally, no matter what their background, and our service is considered amongst the best in the industry.
Overseeing and implementing the company’s lending strategy, Ed is involved in all key decisions surrounding Stretton Capital’s growth in the sector. First gaining experience at Savills, where he graduated as a chartered surveyor, Ed has since gone on to develop several very profitable Development and Investment companies in the property sector, in which he continues to invest and grow. Ed formed Stretton Capital to provide a new and refreshing approach to property backed lending using the experience he has gained as a developer himself

Gemma heads up our finance team and has extensive experience within accounting and finance with blue chip firms. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and provides essential financial reporting information to Stretton Capital and other companies within the group. Zac is the Management Accountant for Stretton Capital, he has recently qualified and is now a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Zac is regularly involved in providing key reports and data to the Finance Director, as well as the shareholders of the business and other group companies. Tom began working as a Finance Assistant at Stretton Capital in June 2023, after graduating with a 1st Class degree in Accounting & Finance. Tom is actively involved in preparing key reports and financial data for the Finance Director and shareholders of the business.
